Das ProCenter

In the past 30 years we have developed into a water sports center with the highest quality standards in materials, training and service, as well as a ProCenter landscape adapted to the needs of our guests. We put emphasis on a personal and relaxed atmosphere.

The proximity to our suppliers enables us to always offer the surf and kite material fresh to offeras one of the first. New trends such as Foil surfing and kiting are taken up and implemented early on, so you can feel the pulse of the scene here!

The Pro Center Tommy Friedl in Marsa Alam / El Naaba offers a wide range of water sports. The surf spot for windsurfers and kiteboarders opens directly in front of the ProCenter. An allround spot with the bonus of swell waves on the outside of the bay. (Advanced, sporty surfers + kiters)

The kite lagoon, 2 km away, is ideal for shallow water action and also offers ideal areas for beginners' training.

Surf- and Kiterevier Marsa Alam - El Naaba 

The windsurf and kite bay in front of the ProCenter is limited by a jetty to windward, which leads to more moderate wind and shallow water. Up to 5 Bft, it is perfect for windsurfing for beginners and intermediates. Experienced, however, quickly look for the following open area with rising swell waves, which then build up more and more. The swell waves do not break and thus allow entry into wave surfing. In moderate conditions up to 5 Bft, the wave height is 1 - 2 meters, but can also be 3 - 5 meters high in strong winds.

The kite lagoon is ideal for beginners and freestylers. The large standing area (depending on the tide) is ideal for the training, as well as a deep water area in a smoothly ironed turquoise pool.
